Cameras hold a sacred function: Simplifying a complicated life into moments. Scattered across my room are my Ricoh-GRiii, Voigtlander Vitessa, Canon AE-1, Contax-IIa and the Canon Powershot my parents bought after my 10-year-old self tantrumed, "If I can't take a picture of it, I don't wanna see it!" That proclamation now feels predictive as photography has become my passionate art form.
Through photography, I express myself, inviting viewers to observe my work and connect with me. My work is more than a collection of images - it's a testament to the shared human experience. Photography challenges me to grow as an artist and individual, pushing me to find meaning in the quotidian and inspire others through my commitment to light and shadow.
